In the spring of 2005, WIBA moved into its own building for the first time in its 75-year history. The headquarters, a 7,800-square-foot new construction located at 445 N. Waco, is a monument to the collaboration and dedication of many members over the decades.
This location has many attributes, including nearly 100 parking spaces, state-of-the-art electronics andaudio-visual components and new meeting rooms. The building features wireless capabilities and a conference room that can accommodate 100 people.
The board room and large conference room are both available for rental to WIBA members during regular business hours (special arrangements may be made for after hour events).
Rental Pricing
Conference Room (can accommodate 100 people) – $125/Half Day, $200/Full Day*
Board Room (can accommodate 15 to 20 people) – $125/Half Day, $200/Full Day*
Executive Conference Room (can accommodate 6 to 8 people) – No cost to members
*There is an additional $50 fee for usage of the audio/visual equipment.
