George Laham has shaped Wichita’s land and retail development growth for 30 years. Bradley Fair is among the nation’s first established lifestyle shopping centers. Bradley Fair includes office, residential, hotel and retail stores. Laham Development brought national retail and restaurant concepts to Wichita including Athleta, GAP, Pottery Barn, Redrock Canyon Grill, Sephora, Trader Joe’s and Williams-Sonoma.
Other Laham Development projects include Plazzio, a retail and entertainment center including the 20-screen Warren Theatre and Chicken-N-Pickle; Berkeley Square, which includes residential, office and the Walser Luxury Auto Campus; Regency Lakes, a shopping center anchored by Super Target and Cabela’s; and River Vista, a 202-unit luxury apartment project on the west bank of the Arkansas River.
George is a graduate of K.U. where he studied Economics. He is a lifelong resident of Wichita and resides with his wife and two sons.
